It is a very good hot spring facility.
It is also close to Sapporo.
I recommend this inn.

26年ぶりに定山渓の鹿の湯に来ました。
とても良い温泉施設だと改めて感じました。
札幌からも近く、とてもお勧めの宿です。

26年前の鹿の湯からの帰り道に、五合庵社会福祉士事務所の開業が閃きました。

I went back to Sapporo and looked for an office.
Soon I rented a office along Toyohira River.
I was 26 years old.

札幌に戻るとすぐに事務所探しを始めました。
1ヵ月ほどで事務所が見つかりました。
最初に借りたのが豊平川沿いのワンルームの小さなアパートでした。確か26歳だったと思います。

Recently, I’ve been using a whole cream cheese with maple syrup and eating it as cheesecake.

The photo shows wheat bran, okara, water, salt, olive oil, butter, honey, nut and yeast.

It’s like a cheesecake, but it’s really good. It will be popular if you put it in the store.

最近、クリームチーズを丸ごと1個使い、メープルシロップをかけて、チーズケーキと称して食べてます。

写真は小麦ふすま、おから、水、塩、オリーブオイル、バター、蜂蜜、イースト菌、ナッツをこねたものです。

イメージとしてはチーズケーキ風のケーキなのですが、これがものすごくおいしい。お店に出すなら流行りそう

LaKe toya

最近歳のせいかよくわからないけど、人生は本当にあっという間に終わってしまうなと改めて思うようになりました。
最近1日が経過するのが本当に早く、あっという間に日々が過ぎ去っていきます。

残りの生活の中で、一体何ができるのかと途方に暮れるような感じがすることがあります。

人はその人生の中で何事かを成し遂げるにはあまりにも短すぎるような気がしています。

もちろん私を含め、ほとんどすべての人は、何事かを成し遂げる必要もなく、人生は終わってしまうのでしょうが、あまりにも儚いなぁと感じている今日この頃です。

自分の役割を果たし終えたと感じられる人は幸せなんだろうなと思います。

In the rest of my life, I sometimes feel confused about what I can do.

I feel that people are too short to accomplish anything in their lives.

今日は令和3年9月11日の日曜日の朝

朝5時に起き、最近2、3ヶ月前から始めた散歩に出かけ、まだ曇っていてお天道様には当たることができません。

9時過ぎから、ようやく日が照ってきて、雲は出てますが、日が照って快晴の兆しです。

昨日、ヒロシの番組でお好み焼き屋さんで食べているのを見て、お好み焼きとお酒を飲みたくなりました。
今朝、散歩から戻り、それを思い出し、近所のスーパーで赤ワインと日本酒を買ってきました。

昨日買っておいた豚肉と、ありあわせの食材でお好み焼きをつくりました。

最近はYouTubeデータ情報に影響されてます。
朝散歩は樺沢紫苑のYouTube動画です。
糖質制限は中田敦彦のYouTubeです。

どちらも始めて3カ月位ですが、最初の1ヵ月は、やりすぎた感があったので、それ以降は少し緩め、散歩も運動も食事も、あまり無理をせず、
なるべくバランスが良い、自分にとって調子が良い程度にしています。

それらを始めると、昼夜逆転の生活から、さらに逆転し、早寝早起きが心地よくなっています。

やっぱり自分の体や気持ちにちょうど良いほどよい程度にするのが良いようです。

This morning, I came back from a walk and remembered that. I bought red wine and Japanese sake at a supermarket in my neighborhood.

I made Okonomiyaki with the pork I bought yesterday and the ingredients I had.

I have been influenced by YouTube data information recently.
The morning walk is a YouTube video of Kabasawa Shien.
Carbohydrate restriction is Atsuhiko Nakata’s YouTube.

I’ve been doing both for about three months, but in the first month, I felt like I was going too far, so I relaxed a little after that, and I didn’t overdo walking, exercise, or eating too much.
I try to keep my balance as good as possible and keep myself in good shape.

Once you start doing these things, your day and night life will turn around and you will feel comfortable going to bed and getting up early.

After all, it’s better to make it just right for your body and mood.

積丹から神恵内、泊村、岩内を周る温泉旅行。
仁木町のサクランボ狩りは終わっていましたが、ちょうど、ぶどう狩りが始まっていました。やはりその場で摂って食べる巨峰の味は最高
余市を周り、とよはま民宿に一泊。
2食付で5500円、しかもウニやハマチが夕食に出ました。女将に聞くと息子さんが漁師を営んでいるとの事
部屋も料理も値段も素晴らしく、私の中ではトップクラスの民宿です(^ ^)
期待せずに行ったのが良かったのかも

Toyohama Minshuku Araya
I went on a hot spring trip from Shakotan to Kamoenai, Tomari-mura and Iwanai-cho.
The cherry picking in Nikicho was over, but grape picking had just begun. The taste of Kyoho grapes is the best to eat on the spot.
I went around Yoichi and stayed overnight at Toyohama Minshuku.
It was 5500 yen with 2 meals, and sea urchin and hamachi were served for dinner. When I asked the proprietress, she told me that her son was a fisherman.
The room, the food and the price were wonderful, and it was a top-class minshuku in my opinion.

ちなみに温泉ではなく普通の1人用のユニットバスです

英語が通じないと思うので事前に確認するのがお勧めです。だけど直接行けば何とかなると思います。とても親切で優しいおばさんです。

I don’t think you can communicate in English, so I recommend you to check beforehand. But I think You can manage if You go there directly. She is a very kind aunt.

仁木町のフルーツハウス安崎園では7月までさくらんぼ狩り、8月からぶどうやプラム狩りができます。
ぶどう狩りはなんと700円で時間無制限。とれたての巨峰はものすごくおいしい

Club Med Tomamu Hokkaido
