I came to Yakushima today from Kirishima Onsen in Kagoshima last night with a sudden thought.
I’m glad I made up my mind to come.

I am not a very active person in the first place, but recently, when I think about the short life ahead, I think it’s faster to act as much as possible.

昨日の夜、急遽思い立ち、鹿児島の霧島温泉から、本日、屋久島へ来ました。
思い切って来てよかった。

僕はもともとあまり行動的ではなく、出不精な性格なのですが、最近は、これからの人生の短さを考えたとき、どんどん、できる限り行動したほうが手っ取り早いなぁ、と考えている次第です。

霧島温泉の宿　霧島民芸館　Kirishima Onsen no Yado Kirishima Mingeikan

I was looking for an inn near Kirishima Shrine, but it was already fully booked and I could not stay there, so I stayed at the Kirishima Folk Craft Museum which was available near Kirishima Onsen and very cheap at 3980 yen per night. It is a good hotel which is a little far from the hot spring town and very calm.
They exhibit antiques collected by the former chairman as a hobby, and you can see antiques from the Edo and Meiji periods.
The service was very friendly and the hot spring was very good, so I recommend this inn.

霧島神宮のそばの宿を探していたのですが、既に予約がいっぱいで泊まれなかったので、霧島温泉近くの空いていたとても安い一泊3980円の霧島民芸館に泊まりました。温泉街から少し離れており非常に落ち着いた良い宿です。
先代の会長が趣味で集めた骨董品を展示していて江戸時代や明治時代の骨董品を見ることができます。
接客もとてもフレンドリーで、温泉も大変良い、オススメの宿です。

宗像大社　英彦山 Munakata Taisha, Mt. Hiko

宗像大社は、日本神話に登場する日本最古の神社の一つです。御祭神は、天照大神の三女神で、沖津宮、中津宮、辺津宮にそれぞれ祀られ、この三宮を総称して、宗像大社といいます。

Mt. Hiko (Hiko-san) is a mountain with an altitude of 1,199 meters that straddles Soeda-machi, Tagawa-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture and Yamaguni-machi, Nakatsu City, Oita Prefecture. It is a part of Yabahitahikosan Quasi-National Park and one of the 200 most scenic and famous mountains in Japan.

Along with Mt. Yahiko (Niigata Prefecture) and Mt. Yukihiko (Hyogo Prefecture), it is one of the three Hikosan in Japan and is designated as a national historic site.

僕は隣町の波佐見町のホテルに泊まりました。
朝いつものように散歩をしていたら、登校する波佐見町の野球部の高校生すべてに、おはようございますと挨拶をされました。これまでいろいろな街に旅をしていますが、こんな事は初めてで、他のどの街でもなかったことで、大変素晴らしい。ものすごく気分が良く、こちらも笑顔で挨拶をさせていただきました。

I stayed at a hotel in Hasami-cho next door.
When I was taking a walk as usual in the morning, all the high school students of the baseball club in Hasamicho who were going to school greeted me with “Ohayo Gozaimasu”. I’ve been to many different cities, but this is the first time I’ve ever been to a city like this, and it’s just as amazing as anything else. I felt really good and greeted with a smile.

Furano Hokkaido Japan

Located almost in the center of Hokkaido, it is the central city of Furano Basin. Origin of the place name

Acquisition of land by foreign investors in Hokkaido

As Furano’s ski area is only a few kilometers from the city, many people live in it, which is mixed with villas and hotels. Many residents have abandoned their homes due to soaring land prices, and the number of villas is increasing at the same time.

Club Med Tomamu Hokkaido

Club Med Tomamu is highly recommended. It is a hotel that you should go at least once. The service of the employees from all over the world is wonderful.

Shimukappu Village is located in the center of Hokkaido and has a population of about 1000.
The Tomamu area is famous for its ski resorts and attracts more than 1 million tourists from home and abroad every year. We covered the best resort facilities in the village.

The facility was opened three years ago by a French company affiliated with a Chinese investment company, and half of its employees are foreigners.
People from around 20 countries and regions, mainly in Asia, Europe and the United States, work there.
