宗像大社は、日本神話に登場する日本最古の神社の一つです。御祭神は、天照大神の三女神で、沖津宮、中津宮、辺津宮にそれぞれ祀られ、この三宮を総称して、宗像大社といいます。

 

 

Munakata Taisha is one of the oldest shrines in Japan appearing in Japanese mythology. The enshrined deities are the three goddesses of Amaterasu Omikami, enshrined in Okitsunomiya, Nakatsunomiya, and Hetsunomiya. 英彦山（ひこさん）は、福岡県田川郡添田町と大分県中津市山国町にまたがる標高1,199mの山。耶馬日田英彦山国定公園の一部で、日本百景・日本二百名山の一つ。

弥彦山（新潟県）・雪彦山（兵庫県）とともに日本三彦山に数えられ、国の史跡に指定されています

 

 

Mt. Hiko (Hiko-san) is a mountain with an altitude of 1,199 meters that straddles Soeda-machi, Tagawa-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture and Yamaguni-machi, Nakatsu City, Oita Prefecture. It is a part of Yabahitahikosan Quasi-National Park and one of the 200 most scenic and famous mountains in Japan.

Along with Mt. Yahiko (Niigata Prefecture) and Mt. Yukihiko (Hyogo Prefecture), it is one of the three Hikosan in Japan and is designated as a national historic site.
